Resources for money saving ideas
by Mike Killian http://learncreditmanagement.com/

Frugal Corners is about resources to save you money. Whether you are looking to reduce your debt or eliminate it entirely (as in the article Debt Destroyed By Magic Bullet), the affect will be the same. You will save "tons" of money. And the best part is, the money you save is like extra money you earn simply by doing things differently... and its all tax free. The money is already yours, so why would you give it away unnecessarily? The answer quite often is that we simply have not learned a more frugal approach.
I encourage you to visit some of the frugal money saving links below and begin applying some of their ideas and tips.
  • Learning Credit and Debt Management - The first resource is simple... it's my own. There are numerous cost cutting articles and ideas at Article Index and I am constantly adding more articles every week. But Beyond that, insure you visit Comm Blog/News. There you will find numerous avenues for exchanging ideas via a Forum, Blog, Newsletter, and Feedback. Under Forum navigation link, you will also find an excellent avenue to learning about credit cards and credit files/scores.
  • Miserly Mom - I have enjoyed this site many times as it is written by folks who really know their budgeting skills- Moms. The creator is a versatile author, shopping expert, media spokesperson and public speaker. The creators premise is to fins ways to cut back on expenses in order to work less and to have more time with the family.
  • Dollar Stretcher - This is a long standing website designed as the name implies... to stretch your dollar. Its motto continues as "Living better for less" and is loaded with money saving articles.
  • Freebies - Lea Seats has been providing a list of free materials at his site for over 10 years. If it's free, you will probably find it here.
  • Budget Stretcher - unlike Dollar Stretcher, Budget Stretcher works more with your budget and how to live within it. Please be careful with this one as I have had limited experience with it and some of its offers can be tricky.
  • Frugal Families Links - This is actually a good directory of additional frugal links.
  • Blogs Tagged As Frugal - Similar to Frugal Family Links, this page links you to a series of pages labeled as "frugal blogs".
  • Saving Advice - this Forum styled pages offers commentary on a multitude of money saving subjects.
  • The Frugal Life - I like this site because of its motto, "Living well with less." It offers a number of articles on the subject.
  • Motivation Tool Chest - As a motivational speaker and trainer I felt compelled to include a motivational resource because when the going get tough I guarantee that your personal motivation may be the only thing to keep you going.
